At FRC we are committed to protecting your privacy. We have adopted a policy that serves as the basis for information management with our survey respondents, members and clients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our website security or privacy, please contact us at support@frcresearch.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
We collect only the information that we need to make surveys interesting and fun. If you visit our site, we have collected no information about you or your computer. However, for your convenience, we place a cookie on your computer to make future visits easier and more enjoyable. (Additional information about our cookie technology is outlined below).
For those who only complete one survey with us, we collect no information about you, your location or your computer except for those questions you see on the screen. As a thank-you for your time and opinions, we will sometimes offer gifts to those who complete our surveys. For purposes of prize fulfillment or follow-up questions, we may therefore ask you for your e-mail address or postal address. You are always free to decline providing this information; it will have no effect on the value or the use of the opinions that you provide to us. For members and non-members alike, no information that could enable anyone to identify you individually is ever given away or sold.
No personal or private information is used by or shared with anyone, not even our clients. Information is only used in aggregate with all other survey responses to help client companies make strategic business decisions.
Survey data is shared with our clients in a summarized form, so that they can improve the products and services that they offer to people like you. We use numeric statistical summaries to analyze people’s opinions as a whole.
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.
We use cookies to facilitate collection of survey data and to help navigate during the process of taking a survey. Your computer must accept cookies in order to respond to surveys on our site.
You have received an invitation to participate in one of our surveys because your e-mail address was provided to us by a sample supplier or by a client. Our lists come from a variety of sources, but we make every possible effort to ensure that we do not contact people who do not want to participate in our surveys.
You are welcome to e-mail us and request removal at support@frcresearch.com; we will forward your request to the company providing us with your address. It may take up to 2 weeks to process your request, depending on the source of your e-mail address.
Because of the delay in processing, you may get a reminder for the survey to which you were initially invited even though you have “opted out’; however, you will not be contacted for any other Lieberman survey.
Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information as required by law when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or a legal process served on our web site.
If you have any additional questions about our privacy policy, please send an e-mail to support@frcresearch.com. To learn more about FRC, please explore this website.
